VENEZUELA

Since 2008, when John Rick Miller first visited the country, until 2012 when he was diagnosed with cancer, he tirelessly promoted the Consecration and sought the establishment of the Mission, giving talks in auditoriums, parishes, seminaries, educational centers, religious communities, prayer groups, and even in prisons. Among the cities he visited were: Caracas, Valencia, San Cristóbal, Barquisimeto, Puerto la Cruz, Carora, Mérida, Maracay, Isla de Margarita, Maracaibo, and Coro.

Since then, many parishes in various states have been consecrated, the Program of the Enthronement of Our Lady of Guadalupe in homes has begun, and 12 relic images have been enthroned in:

Mérida: Church of Santa Bárbara
Ciudad Bolívar: Church of Nuestra Señora del Valle, in the Parish of San Francisco, La Inmaculada, and in the Cathedral
Valera: Church of San Pedro Apóstol
Barquisimeto: Parish of Santo Domingo de Guzmán
El Carrizal: National Sanctuary
Isla de Margarita: Church of San José de Paraguachí and in San Charbel
San Cristóbal: Cathedral
Carúpano: Cathedral of Santa Rosa de Lima

By the grace of God, the Mission’s Rosary, given for these times, is prayed in many cities across the country, and the enthronement kits for the homes of Our Lady of Guadalupe are increasingly being requested in various places, with the members in Isla Margarita being the main promoters.

However, we continue to seek faithful who wish to join the Mission to establish it properly in each diocese where we have been welcomed. The bishops are eager to receive us, and we are eager to settle; however, we need more people to come together in order to carry out this project of God's Love in our brother country.

Given the very difficult social and political conditions in this country, we ask that you keep our brothers and sisters in your daily prayers so that they may soon enjoy the peace that only Christ can give.
