We suggest the following daily practices to members of the Mission:
Morning Renewal of Consecration:
Upon waking, the first thing to do is to renew your consecration and that of your family to God through the Morning Prayer. Unite your free will with God’s and ask that His Divine Will be done in you that day.
Expression of Love Throughout the Day:
Whatever you are doing, repeatedly say, until it becomes a way of life:
“Jesus, I love You.”
Offer Your Work:
Dedicate your daily work as a prayer to God for the conversion of sinners.
Daily Mass:
Pray for the gift of being able to attend Daily Mass. Once you have this gift, prepare yourself at least 10 minutes before each Mass to receive Our Lord, and spend at least 5 minutes giving thanks after receiving Him.
Daily Rosary:
Pray the joyful, sorrowful, and glorious mysteries, asking for the gift of understanding Christ’s Passion. (The luminous mysteries are optional, based on personal preference.)
Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament:
Visit as frequently as possible, but at least once a week. Spend 30 minutes praying the Rosary and 30 minutes in silent adoration.
Frequent Confession:
Go to confession once a week or as often as possible.
Fasting:
Fast on Wednesdays and Fridays, if possible, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or adapt to your personal capacity.
St. Bridget Prayers:
Pray the 15 Prayers of St. Bridget daily for one year, at least once in your life.
Meditation on the Passion:
Pray and meditate on the Passion of Christ using the Stations of the Cross at least once a week.

We invite you to say the following prayer daily from the heart, as soon as you wake up, before leaving your bed:
Good morning, Father,
Father of all humanity; I love You, my dear Father, with all my heart, with all my soul, and with all my mind. Thank You for my life and that of my family. I thank You, Father, for all You have done for us. Thank You, Father, for our health, for Your love, and for Your protection. Father, I offer You my free will today; please unite it with Your Divine Will. Show me what You want me to do today, and please help me, beloved Father, to fulfill it.
Good morning, Mother,
Mother of all humanity; I love You, my dear Mother. Thank You for Your love and protection. I renew my consecration today to Your Immaculate Heart and to the Sacred Heart of Your beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ. Please, Mother, ask St. Joseph for his protection and intercession for my family and me today. I thank God for my beloved Guardian Angel and for the Guardian Angels of each member of my family. I ask for their intercession and protection for each of us today.

Through this Mission, we place in your hands a powerful weapon: the Sorrowful Mysteries of the Holy Rosary, in which we contemplate the Passion and Death of Our Lord Jesus Christ. We cry out to the Lord with intentions for these times—for our conversion and that of all humanity—trusting fully in the transformative power of the Precious Blood of Jesus, His Holy Wounds, and all the suffering He endured for our salvation.
