Consecration of the Town of Washington, Louisiana 🇺🇸

On Saturday, January 24, 2026, at the initiative of Father Corey Campeaux, together with the Mission for the Love of God Throughout the World, the Consecration of the Town of Washington was organized at the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, Louisiana.

By the Grace of God, the Bishop of the Diocese of Lafayette, Douglas Deshotel, celebrated the Mass together with Pastor Corey Campeaux and Father Taj Glodd, consecrating the Town of Washington to God the Father through the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Mayor Dwight Landreneau also joined the community in this historic moment of prayer, consecrating himself and placing his government, the Town of Washington, and its future into God’s loving hands.

We give thanks to the Most Holy Trinity and to Our Blessed Mother for this great blessing.
