PERU
In 2009, John Rick Miller was invited by the Apostles of Mary Queen of Peace community to visit Peru. On October 18, 2009, during his visit, senior military officials from the Peruvian Navy, Army, Air Force, Ministry of Interior, and National Police were consecrated. On December 12 of the same year, a Thanksgiving Mass was held at the Callao Naval Base, during which the Military Bishop consecrated the Peruvian Navy along with over 3,000 of its officers and sub-officers.
In 2010, the Mission's working team in Peru was formed, which later became the first council.
Relic images of Our Lady of Guadalupe have been enthroned in significant locations, including the Cathedral of Ayacucho, the Church and Convent of Santo Domingo - Qorikancha in Cusco, the Parish of St. John the Baptist in Marcona, the Archdiocesan Shrine of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Barranco, and the Basilica and Convent of Santo Domingo in Lima.
Efforts have been focused on the consecration of parishes, faithful, families, districts, businesses, and military forces to the Sacred Hearts.
